Project Coordinator, Residential Design-Build

What you'll do

• Track and process RFIs, submittals, RFPs, change orders, and subcontracts using MB and Co-Construct
• code job costs to projects and cost codes
• update project schedules and communicate changes
• assist estimators with scoping and pricing change orders
• coordinate material deliveries
• and update completion percentages and schedules twice weekly in Co-Construct.

Why this role
