What you'll do

• Chair the Corporate Compliance Committee
• develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• conduct risk assessments covering healthcare and Health IT regulations
• create corrective action plans and an annual work plan
• oversee audits, monitoring, metrics, and analytics
• deliver compliance training
• manage the compliance hotline
• monitor program effectiveness
• advise on regulatory changes
• integrate compliance into business operations.
