What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department
• support staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• oversee clinical quality measures, infection control, and documentation
• participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
• provide staff education, mentoring, and leadership
• serve as acting Director of Nursing in their absence.

Why this role

Requires an active Florida Registered Nurse license, at least two years of skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience, and Infection Preventionist Certification. Prior supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred.
