What you'll do

• Solicit, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate loan closings
• develop new business and promote bank products
• build business checking and deposit relationships
• support sales and branch goals
• interview applicants and gather information
• assess financial condition and credit risk
• present financing requests for approval
• negotiate terms
• coordinate processing and disbursement
• resolve servicing issues
• provide leadership and training to less experienced staff.
