Senior IT Business Analyst (Banking)

The Senior IT Business Analyst (Banking) role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with compensation of $45–$50 per hour. The analyst supports the client’s Real Estate Capital business and technology teams in the commercial real estate lending environment. The role translates business needs into technology requirements and helps deliver solutions that improve lending processes and application capabilities. Through requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, data mapping, and testing, the analyst supports enhancements across the loan lifecycle, including underwriting, approvals, covenant management, and portfolio oversight.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements workshops
• document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business rules
• analyze current and future processes
• collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
• support Moody’s CreditLens and related lending application enhancements
• develop data mapping requirements
• coordinate user acceptance testing and support release readiness.
