What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments according to guidelines and provider protocols
• communicate information among patients, providers, and clinic staff
• manage high call volumes
• use multiple computer systems to document patient information and appointments
• follow clinic procedures and protect confidentiality under HIPAA and organizational policies
• escalate scheduling concerns or patient issues as appropriate
• support daily clinic operations and process improvements.
