What you'll do
- Set up and operate CNC turret punch and laser cutting machines
- interpret blueprints, production drawings, and job orders
- load and unload sheet metal
- monitor cutting and punching operations
- inspect parts with measuring tools
- adjust machines to maintain quality
- perform basic equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
- maintain production records
- follow safety procedures and use required PPE
- keep the work area clean and organized.
