Physical Therapist - Digital Health Specialist - Hybrid 3 days on-site, 2 days telehealth 10K sign-on bonus -Ocala, FL This is a hybrid position working 3 days in person at a CORA clinic and two days remotely as a Digital Health Specialist. The role involves providing digital health services, virtual care, and remote therapeutic monitoring. CORA Physical Therapy offers comprehensive outpatient services.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver a personalized plan of care
• Use digital platform to deliver telehealth visits
• Perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services
• Communicate with the primary treating clinician
• Serve as a liaison between providers and Director of Digital Health
• Maintain regular reporting and data analysis.
