The role supports clinic operations and referral coordination.

What you'll do

• Greet patients
• verify and update patient information
• obtain consents when needed
• schedule and verify appointments
• verify insurance and maintain information in the electronic medical record
• manage messages and calls
• collect copays and balances
• coordinate referrals
• monitor the waiting area
• scan, fax, and mail documents
• occasional travel to Seattle-area clinics.
