What you'll do

• Coordinate team efforts toward safety, quality, productivity, customer experience, employee engagement, and cost goals
• lead or support continuous improvement
• manage material flow
• assess training needs
• establish and implement operating procedures
• train employees on procedures and safety
• complete reports and monitor policy compliance
• investigate issues and implement corrective actions
• report operational issues and recommendations
• support staffing, 5S, and Lean practices
• coach and evaluate staff
• participate in onboarding.

Why this role
