What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• develop data-driven treatment plans
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
• lead parent training
• collaborate with therapists and clinical directors
• maintain medical documentation and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA.
