• Lead the launch of VIA Journeys, including pilots, workflows, and participant experiences
• translate strategy into plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• design and manage pilots
• coordinate technical and platform work
• partner with internal and external technical teams
• coordinate pilot partners, churches, advisors, and ministry leaders
• define and track metrics
• report updates and insights
• supervise personnel assigned to the initiative.
