Cleaner – Property Common Areas

What you'll do

• Clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, entryways, laundry rooms, fitness areas, and other shared spaces
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recycling
• clean dog stations and occasionally remove animal waste
• follow checklists and documentation procedures
• report maintenance or safety issues
• assist with unit cleaning or turnover preparation as requested
• pull weeds in designated exterior areas.
