This role supports the Right at Home Southern Oregon team in providing compassionate care to seniors and vulnerable adults. The role exists to enable clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. The caregiver provides personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring each client receives personalized support according to their care plan.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care
• assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• provide companionship
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• document daily care notes.
