The role also supervises nursing assistants and unlicensed caregivers while supporting residents’ safety, comfort, and capabilities.

What you'll do

• Provide general nursing care to residents
• explain procedures and treatments
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• assist physicians during examinations and treatments
• observe, assess, and document resident conditions and reactions
• notify physicians or supervisors of significant changes
• use Point, Click, Care for electronic documentation
• supervise STNAs and unlicensed caregivers
• plan, assign, and direct work and address complaints and problems.
