What you'll do

• Ensure housekeeping staff clean and maintain guest suites and public areas to client and guest expectations and Crescent standards
• assist room attendants and housepersons with supplies and tools
• help implement hotel-wide changes affecting amenity setups or communications
• monitor hazardous chemical use and Hazcom compliance
• expedite guest requests
• perform other duties as requested.
