Personal Training Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and coach the CrunchOne Kickoff sales process and personal training service delivery
• sell directly, listed as 50% of the time/day
• coach trainers on selling
• manage schedules and resources using KPIs
• oversee client journey execution, especially the first 90 days
• ensure trainers deliver quality programs with scientific rationale
• oversee service administration, goal and measurement tracking, program design, and progress reports
• hire, train, and manage personal trainers
• review performance with direct reports
• maintain business reports and communicate improvement plans to the General Manager.

Why this role
