What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee team activities and identify development opportunities
• coach and manage performance
• communicate expectations and goals
• monitor adherence to systems and procedures
• review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair-or-reject decisions
• train associates on quality-control standards
• help complete repairs efficiently and safely.
