What you'll do

• Assist project managers with assigned project plans
• coordinate projects from inception to completion
• review designs and contribute cost-saving ideas
• track and report project status
• organize and maintain project documents and digital databases
• assist with specifications, budgets, and timelines
• schedule meetings, calls, and site visits
• gather information from technicians, engineers, and contractors
• maintain vendor and client relationships
• help ensure projects meet schedules and client goals.
