The Real Estate Agent Apprentice is an onsite position based in Albany, NY. The salary is $225,000 per year. This role supports the BHHS Blake Realtors team in the Albany-Schenectady-Troy area. This role exists to provide new and newly licensed agents with the training, mentorship, and support needed to build a successful real estate career. The apprentice learns to find and convert clients, show homes, and manage transactions through a structured daily activity plan.

• Engage with potential clients, conduct property showings, assist in offer preparation, implement marketing strategies, maintain knowledge of market trends, provide customer service, and participate in ongoing mentorship.
