Automotive Service Advisor

The Automotive Service Advisor role is onsite in Dayton, OH. Compensation starts at $20.50 per hour, with additional earning potential through monthly performance bonuses, spiffs, and contests. The advisor connects customers with in-shop technicians at AAA Club Alliance. The advisor guides customers through repair and maintenance needs, communicates changes, and coordinates work through completion. What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule appointments
• explain recommended repairs and services
• communicate changes to cost, timing, or work scope and document approvals
• distribute work to technicians and track progress
• coordinate warranty repairs, towing, shuttles, or rental vehicles as needed
• monitor upcoming inspection and maintenance schedules and notify customers when service is due.

Why this role

Full-time schedule is five days per week, with Sundays off every week and one additional day off based on business needs. ASE Service Advisor Certification is a plus but not required.
