• Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communications, and resources
• maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates
• coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• elicit and document requirements
• map current and future processes
• support solution design, change management, UAT, cutover, and adoption.
