What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional sales plans
• lead and mentor the sales team
• engage executive decision-makers
• manage the sales funnel through CRM
• support supplier and regional commercial initiatives
• lead commercial plans for growth sectors including information software, process automation, and IIoT
• understand customer business challenges
• promote digital adoption
• coordinate contractual purchase order reviews with legal teams
• monitor market and competitor information
• manage customer-success Net Promoter Score tools.
