What you'll do

• Select, train, and supervise dining personnel
• oversee meal and special-function service
• manage food purchasing, receiving, preparation, sanitation, and safety
• operate within departmental budgets
• oversee hiring and staffing
• manage room deliveries and to-go meals
• maintain dining-area cleanliness and supplies
• work with the Chef on menus
• plan catering and hospitality events
• conduct inspections and inventories
• evaluate staff and maintain training records.
