What you'll do

• Build, renovate, modernize, maintain, and repair properties and fixtures
• perform carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and furnace work
• inspect units and identify repairs
• support new construction, rehabilitation, and vacant-unit restoration
• remove snow and maintain grounds
• coordinate with other trades
• maintain tools, vehicles, equipment, and inventory
• and respond to emergencies during or after work hours. Must carry a pager on a rotating shift for emergency calls.
