What you'll do

• Coordinate fuel delivery schedules and tracking
• communicate with drivers, vessels, terminals, and customers
• monitor inventory and maintain records
• prepare shipping documents and bills of lading
• support quality control, data entry, equipment checks, safety compliance, emergency response, administrative tasks, and cash handling.
