Job overview

The Food-Grade Bulk Shipping Operator role is onsite in Cambria, WI, with a 6 p.m.–6 a.m. schedule and a rotation of four days on and four days off. Pay is $22–$25 per hour, plus a $3.00-per-hour night differential. The role supports Didion’s food-grade bulk loadout operations and safe shipment of grain-based food products. The operator runs and supports automated loadout systems, configuring and documenting loads and verifying that shipments meet weight, specification, and safety requirements. Cross-training across systems helps maintain operational flexibility and supports the team’s quality-first work.

What you'll do

• Operate and learn automated loadout equipment to fulfill orders safely and accurately
• use computer interfaces to configure, track, and document loads
• work indoors and outdoors
• climb and verify connections and flow at height
• collaborate with teammates and cross-train on other systems.
