What you'll do

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
• analyze quality of earnings, assets, working capital, indebtedness, cash flow, and transaction metrics
• identify operating trends, accounting issues, and financial risks
• prepare analyses, workpapers, reports, and presentations
• collaborate with clients, investors, engagement teams, and third-party advisors
• manage concurrent engagements and deadlines.
