General Manager

The General Manager role is onsite in Bluffton, SC, with compensation of $24–$28 per hour, including commission and bonus opportunities. Stretch Zone helps clients improve mobility, flexibility, physical performance, and overall quality of life through practitioner-assisted stretching. The manager leads studio operations and financial performance, develops the team, and works to achieve membership, revenue, retention, and profitability goals. The role also supports a consistent client experience and maintains the studio’s operating standards and welcoming environment.

What you'll do

• Lead daily studio operations and financial performance
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage employees
• set performance expectations and support team accountability
• drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and profitability
• conduct prospective-client consultations and recommend programs aligned with client goals
• monitor reports, sales activity, and KPIs
• maintain company policies and brand standards
• address client questions and concerns
• maintain a clean, organized, operational studio
• communicate with the Regional Manager and company leadership.
