Teacher’s Aide

The Teacher’s Aide role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. The position supports the TCH Oakdale team at The Club House Childcare and Preschool. The aide assists the lead teacher with classroom and small-group activities and helps maintain a safe, engaging environment for children. Daily support includes care routines, activity preparation, supervision, and classroom cleanup.

What you'll do

• Assist the lead teacher with classroom and small-group instruction
• prepare and clean up snacks
• support circle time and activities
• assist with toileting, diapering, and hand washing
• prepare children for outside time and organize belongings afterward
• clean lunch tables
• prepare for and supervise nap time
• supervise children at the park and on walks
• play with children.
