Job overview

The Production Technician is an onsite position located in Sayre, PA. Compensation is $21.61-$31.16 per hour, supporting the Cargill protein and salt business. This role exists to support the processing of high-quality food products. The production team member performs various tasks including trimming, weighing, and packing to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

• Trim fat and defects from muscle and tissues
• Support beef processing
• Use knives and other tools
• Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products
• Ensure food safety and quality.
