Temporary IT Support Associate – Level 1

Temporary IT Support Associate – Level 1 is an onsite role in Central Islip, NY, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. Quality Enclosures is a family-owned shower-enclosure manufacturer, and this position works closely with its IT team. The associate provides first-level assistance to employees, resolves common technical issues, documents support activity, and escalates more complex problems. This work helps employees use company systems and devices while maintaining clear records of requests and resolutions.

What you'll do

• Respond to employee IT requests by phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
• create and update tickets
• troubleshoot account access, Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity
• install or uninstall approved software
• escalate issues requiring specialized support
• document troubleshooting and solutions
• follow up with users
• and close completed requests. Occasional local travel to the company’s Ronkonkoma location may be required.
