What you'll do

• Submit invoices through e-billing platforms
• process daily deposits
• apply check, ACH/EFT, and credit-card payments to cases and invoices
• process refunds and research prepayments
• maintain billing entries and spreadsheets
• research billing issues and respond to inquiries
• coordinate with clients, attorneys, staff, and bill-review systems
• verify billing and supporting documentation
• maintain collections and save collection records
• process write-offs
• prepare accounts-receivable reports
• maintain confidentiality.
