What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and ownership standards
• oversee resident assessments, service plans, and health documentation
• monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement
• partner with the Executive Director and department heads on health and safety goals
• communicate with residents and families about care changes
• lead wellness checks, medication management, and service-plan updates
• coordinate with physicians, pharmacy consultants, and allied providers
• hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop clinical staff
• maintain staffing, competency training, and clinical supplies
• participate in on-call and Manager on Duty coverage.
