What you'll do

• Provide individualized patient evaluations, treatments, and evidence-based care plans
• oversee daily clinic operations, budget, KPIs, scheduling, and compliance
• build and mentor the clinical and administrative team
• develop relationships with referring physicians and community organizations
• maintain documentation and billing compliance
• implement quality improvement initiatives.
