What you'll do

• Lead and develop Design Engineering and Production Engineering teams
• manage drawing submittals and detail books
• schedule and oversee offshore drafting resources
• sequence engineering work in INNERGY against shop capacity
• coordinate field dimensioning and drawing corrections
• establish cross-project quality control
• drive Microvellum library implementation
• lead engineering meetings and represent engineering in production planning.
