• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and complete rebuilds on top drives and drilling equipment
• lead complex jobs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications
• provide technical guidance and mentorship to lower-level technicians
• identify process improvements and recommend best practices
• maintain shop workflow, prioritize tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards.
