Intermediate Enclosure Consultant

What you'll do

• Prepare budgets and proposals
• review architectural drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings
• evaluate existing buildings and develop repair designs
• prepare reports
• attend project meetings
• conduct construction walk-throughs and field observations
• perform quality assessments and diagnostic testing to ASTM and AAMA standards
• mentor and train staff
• periodically travel outside the Houston metro area for project assignments.
