What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day contractor operations, including hiring, training, and discipline
• maintain client relationships
• coordinate support services and resolve operational issues
• pursue cost-saving and efficiency goals while prioritizing customer service
• maintain operating schedules and oversee payroll
• communicate procedural and metric updates
• monitor device repairs and manage the ticketing system
• review site records and implement corrective actions
• compile Quarterly Business Review data and ensure contract compliance
• manage onboarding, training, licensing, and regulatory requirements
• handle escalated security issues
• coach and evaluate staff
• maintain procedures, post orders, equipment, supplies, and vehicles. Be available for after-hours emergency response.
