What you'll do

• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, scheduling, recruiting, payroll, billing, and service delivery
• lead and develop office and field teams
• drive caregiver recruitment and retention
• provide on-call leadership support as needed
• develop referral and community partnerships
• manage branch financial performance, budgets, and KPIs
• ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, documentation, audits, training, and QAPI activities
• address escalated client concerns.
