Billing Manager, Home Care

What you'll do

• Direct billing staff on billing and collections for payers including Medicare and Medicaid
• manage staff performance
• address customer questions about service charges
• ensure timely, accurate billing
• assess billing issues
• recommend process and software improvements
• report on aged receivables
• improve reporting quality
• work with Quality and Operations to address bad debt and reimbursement
• train professional staff on payer coverage and authorization protocols.
