What you'll do

• Provide direct care in a residential setting
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, lifting, and transfers
• maintain a clean living environment
• use behavior-management strategies
• respect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
• drive residents to appointments, activities, outings, errands, and medical appointments
• document transportation activities
• provide reassurance during transit
• follow health and safety requirements.
