Corporate Sales Manager

Job overview

The Corporate Sales Manager is a remote role, with Jacksonville, FL or the East Coast preferred, and approximately 60–70% travel to gym locations required. Compensation is $55,000–$60,000 per year. The role supports Crunch Fitness’s Corporate Sales program and reports to the Director of Corporate Sales. The manager develops corporate partnerships and oversees their lifecycle, while enabling club teams to execute the program consistently. The work contributes to profitable growth, partner satisfaction, and stronger brand visibility through sales outreach, training, and coordinated program operations.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales plans and meet monthly targets
• generate, qualify, and close corporate accounts
• manage partner relationships from prospecting through renewal
• train and support club teams through live and virtual workshops
• monitor field execution and policy standards
• manage partner communications, CRM records, agreements, and membership enrollment
• develop promotional materials with marketing
• prepare performance reports and pipeline forecasts
• collaborate with operations, marketing, and member experience teams.
