What you'll do

• Manage the sales funnel from inquiries and lead generation through prospect nurturing and closing
• record activity in CRM software
• conduct tours for prospective residents and families
• build referral partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations
• plan and execute marketing and educational events
• coordinate move-ins with nursing, maintenance, and administrative teams
• monitor local market and competitor conditions
• track lead generation, move-in goals, and outreach
• hire, train, and manage campus sales and marketing personnel
• work with leadership on quarterly marketing plans
• visit hospitals, physicians, and senior services to generate leads.
