The role also supports kitchen production through assigned preparation tasks and may cross-train to prepare cold and hot food during busy or slow periods.

What you'll do

• Wash dishes
• mop floors
• clean equipment, bathrooms, and kitchen areas
• assist with assigned kitchen preparation
• clean refrigerated areas
• maintain sanitizer stations and temperature logs
• use food-safety tools and practices
• operate dishwashers, pressure washers, steam cleaners, and chemical calibration systems
• remove trash
• coordinate with chefs to follow sanitation standards.
