Sales Support Specialist

It supports Account Managers and cross-functional partners so customers receive timely information and orders progress through fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Coordinate customer onboarding and maintain account documentation
• update customer, opportunity, quote, and sales order records
• track sales activities and prepare reports
• analyze and validate data for customer reviews and pipeline management
• coordinate order fulfillment with Production, Planning, Finance, and Logistics
• monitor order progress and customer updates
• route customer inquiries
• assist with quotes and proposals
• coordinate internal approvals.
