What you'll do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC lathes, vertical mills, EDM machines, and auxiliary equipment
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control issues
• troubleshoot failures using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic software
• maintain machine components and systems
• calibrate machine accuracy and alignment
• respond to breakdowns
• complete CMMS work orders
• assist with equipment installation and commissioning
• maintain spare parts inventory
• support reliability and efficiency projects
• collaborate with engineering, production, and quality
• maintain an organized work area.
