Lead Rental Operations

The Lead Rental Operations role is onsite in Kirkwood, CA. Pay is $23.00–$29.22 per hour. The role supports Vail Resorts’ ski and snowboard rental operations and guest experience. The lead oversees day-to-day rental operations, staff performance, guest service, inventory, store appearance, and financial management. When the manager or assistant manager is absent, the lead acts as manager on duty to keep store operations running.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• manage retail and rental inventory controls
• enforce company policies and loss-prevention practices
• maintain guest-service and merchandising standards
• stock merchandise
• support professional development
• complete administrative duties
• act as manager on duty when management is absent
• manage a team of up to 15 frontline staff.
