The Senior Residential AV Technician Level 3 role is an onsite position located in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, supporting the custom integration team at HTS. This role is responsible for installing, programming, and commissioning high-end residential audio-visual systems. The technician leads projects, mentors less experienced staff, and ensures all installations meet quality standards and client expectations.

What you'll do

• Install equipment and program systems.
• Lead residential AV projects.
• Provide daily project status updates.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Conduct site walkthroughs.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Execute complex multi-room AV installs.
• Program automation, lighting, and security systems.
• Design and wire equipment racks.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
