Facility Technician

What you'll do

• Clean and maintain floors and corridors
• select appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
• provide EH&S with MSDS for new chemicals
• assist with internal event setup and teardown
• maintain housekeeping equipment
• order and track supplies
• wash windows and vacuum carpets
• remove trash and debris
• conduct weekly exterior sweeps and identify facility issues
• may perform monthly fire extinguisher evaluations
• identify cleaning problems and maintain daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
